È passato un anno dai tragici avventimenti del volo 180. Kimberly Corman (A.J. Cook), una giovane, si appresta a partire alla volta di Daytona insieme a tre amici; una volta in autostrada però, un enorme TIR che trasporta tronchi provoca un incidente catastrofico, dove Kimberly e compagnia muoiono… Invece no! Kimberly ha solamente visto tutto questo in una premonizione, ma la cosa l’ha talmente scioccata da non volere andare avanti nel tragitto, provocando una lunga coda di veicoli dietro di sé…
